PositionPosition: Temporary Girls Basketball Head Coach
Schedule: Summer Programs SY
Location: Sageview High School
Salary: Stipend – $50 per day, up to $950
New hires are conditional upon passing a fingerprint screening.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Type 2 license or willingness to obtain.
- Must meet WIAA coaching requirements.
- Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines.
- High School Diploma, required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Coordinate out-of-season camp and/or clinics as needed or required.
- Attend District training regarding concussion management.
- Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligibility.
Desired
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level, or five (5) years as an assistant coach.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
