POSITION: English Language Arts/History Teacher Bilingual – 1.0 FTE

LOCATION: McLoughlin Middle School

SALARY: Based on the  Certificated Salary Schedule

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with applicable endorsements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish

Qualifications Desired:

• Previous successful classroom teaching experience

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instruction in English Language Arts and History to middle school students in a bilingual environment.
• Implement best practices that foster meaningful learning experiences and support student interventions.
• Participate in required trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with relevant staff members to enhance student outcomes.
• Commit to student success and align with state requirements, school vision, and mission.
