ECEAP Coach, Trainer

• Provide coaching, training, and technical assistance to ECEAP subcontractor staff in person, virtually, and by phone or email.
• Support continuous quality improvement efforts and help programs develop and achieve quality improvement goals.
• Assist subcontractors with ECEAP compliance, documentation, and ELMS data management.
• Deliver constructive feedback and guidance to early learning professionals.
• Support implementation of curriculum, coaching strategies, and evidence‑based practices.
• Maintain coaching records, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with subcontractor staff, DCYF partners, and the ECEAP team to strengthen program quality and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Three to five years of leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring adults.
• Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and early learning systems.
• Knowledge of ECEAP, Early Achievers, and Washington State childcare regulations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and successfully pass background checks.
