RDO Equipment Co. in Pasco belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Pasco support farmers in this area as they plant, tend, and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward‑looking customer base that defaults toward innovation. You Will Do
- Be a go‑to resource: help internal and external customers identify, locate, and purchase the right parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and systems.
- Keep parts moving: receive, ship, store, and organize inventory so everything is where it needs to be—when it needs to be there.
- Support inventory accuracy: assist with cycle counts and flag discrepancies to help keep our inventory reliable and on track.
- Deliver when it matters: pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors, helping keep operations and deadlines running smoothly.

- Mechanical curiosity: a general understanding of mechanical and technical terminology—or the eagerness to learn it quickly.
