About us
All Set Home is a residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing company serving the Tri-Cities:
Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland, and teh greater surrounding area. We are part of a portfolio led by operators who have built nine-figure businesses in the trades.
You are the first voice of the company and the person who runs the board. This is not a phone-answering job. You control the daily schedule: who goes where, in what order, and what the customer is told before they have to call and ask. In a service business the dispatcher decides whether the day works, and we pay a bonus on the part of it you actually control.
Ourculture
We work hard and we play hard. The phones are busy, the days move fast, and we hold a high bar. We also celebrate the wins, give each other a hard time, and actually like working together. We want people who bring energy to the room, make the techs laugh on a tough day, and want a hand in shaping what this team becomes.
If you do your best work around people and like being recognized when you crush it, you'll fit right in.
- Answer every call live and book it with complete customer, equipment, and access details
- Work the outbound board: unsold estimates, expiring maintenance agreements, warranty follow-ups, and missed calls
- Build the dispatch board by skill, location, and capacity, and rebuild it in real time when a callback or an emergency lands
- Tell customers about a delay before they notice it
- Debrief technicians at the end of the day and close out invoices, payments, and job notes
- Order and track parts, and schedule permits and inspections with the right municipal authority
- 1+ years in phone-based customer service, scheduling, or dispatch. Trades, healthcare scheduling, and call center backgrounds all transfer. We will teach you HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- You read people quickly. You can settle a frustrated customer on a 100-degree day, then rally a technician to squeeze in one more call. When it's a below-freezing morning, the phones won't stop, and half the trucks are running late on ice, you stay steady and keep everyone moving.
- Accurate data entry and comfort in Google Workspace. Service Titan experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor. You make the team better to be around.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Hours: 40 hours per week, in office (Monday-Friday)
- Performance bonus: Discretionary performances available
- Benefits: All Set Home does not currently offer health insurance, retirement, or paid vacation. All employees receive the benefits Washington law requires, including paid sick leave (1 hour for every 40 hours worked), Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave, and workers' compensation coverage.
- Full Service Titan training. We don't expect you to arrive knowing it.
- A seat at the center of the business, working directly with the owner and the service manager
- Room to grow into a lead dispatcher or office manager role as All Set Home scales
We are busy. Between HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, the leads come in steady and often. This is not a slow-phone job. You'll run a live board from day one: real calls, real schedules, real trucks moving. If you want a fast-paced seat where the volume is already there, and a team that has fun keeping up with it, this is it.
Backgroundcheck:
This position requires a background check, which is done only after a conditional offer of employment. In line with the Washington Fair Chance Act, we look at each person's record on its own facts, and you'll have a chance to explain or add context before any decision is made. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
