Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient
Full-Time | Competitive Pay | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Hand Therapy Mentorship Available | 4-10hrs or 5-8hrs Schedule Flexibility

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team
. This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys orthopedic and upper-extremity rehabilitation and is interested in developing or advancing skills in hand therapy with structured mentorship and clinical support.

• Primarily outpatient caseload
• Optional hand therapy mentorship with experienced clinicians

• Evaluate and treat outpatient patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and upper-extremity conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and return to daily activities
• Provide patient education, splinting, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and hand specialists
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in the electronic medical record
• Participate in mentorship, in-services, and continuing education opportunities

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and upper-extremity rehabilitation
• Desire to pursue hand therapy skills or certification (CHT) preferred but not required
• Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills
• New graduates welcome; structured mentorship available
