• Provide exceptional patient care as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a long‑term care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions to improve functional ability.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
• Valid occupational therapy assistant license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility environment preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care skills.
