Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Hospital-Based Acute Care Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:30 PM | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Full-time hospital-based Inpatient Physical Therapist position
• Collaborative acute care rehabilitation department
• Diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, ICU, trauma, and post-surgical patients
• Mentorship available for new graduate Physical Therapists

As an Inpatient Physical Therapist
, you will:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for hospitalized patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Deliver evidence-based acute care physical therapy interventions
• Assess mobility, gait, transfers, fall risk, and discharge readiness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on safe mobility techniques, home exercise programs, and discharge recommendations
• Complete accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
• Passion for inpatient rehabilitation and acute care physical therapy
• Acute care or hospital experience is preferred but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
