Job Overview

Professional Case Management is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Richland, Washington to provide in‑home healthcare services to veterans. The role requires working under the direction of an RN/Case Manager, assigned to specific clients, and providing personal care services as necessary to maintain clients’ comfort.

• Provide personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene.
• Perform skilled transfers and maintain client comfort.
• Record vital signs and report any changes to the case manager.
• Accurately document care activities in a timely manner.
• Participate in range of motion exercises with clients.

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
