Job Summary

Physical Therapy Assistant in Outpatient Orthopedics. 16-week completion bonus of $500.

• Assist patients during exercise or daily functional tasks, correcting form, motivating, and ensuring safety.
• Review and administer individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Maintain accurate records for all patients, treatment, and progress.
• Assist patients using support devices such as a walker, cane, or wheelchair.
• Mentor and encourage patients through major life changes.
• Maintain all equipment, ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

• Current state license for physical therapy assistance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work well and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
