About the Facility:Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pasco, WA known for providing high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Compensation & Benefits:- Estimated rate range. ≈$40-55/hr
, depending on experience, setting, and location - Full benefits:

- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current WA SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred
, but CFs will be considered when supervision is available - Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
