Training Admin. Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.50 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Training Admin. Responsibilities:

• Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
• Manage curriculum database and training records.
• Conduct new hire orientations for large groups.
• Conduct LOTO training for large groups
• Maintain highly accurate physical and digital personnel files regarding course completions, certifications, and compliance by using a scanning device.
• On-site manager support as needed.

Training Admin.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must be reliable.
• Good experience of providing complete full training cycle? assessing needs? plan? develop? coordinate? monitor and evaluate.
• Flexibility in schedule.
• Must have computer knowledge.
• Able to communicate with management personnel.
