The Operations Manager is important in changing somebody's life for the better, every day. This position will be responsible for executing activities and improvements that support our business objectives in safety, quality, delivery and cost. The Operations Manager will develop a team to achieve our production objectives and deliver our medical devices to our customers and ultimately our end users. In addition to maintaining the day-to-day operations, the Operations Manager must be able to improve our existing processes through systematic problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA) while ensuring other members of the team develop these same skills.
Pay Range: $105,000-$140,000
Key Tasks- Develop, manage, and supervise production area leadership.
- Develop, measure, and improve against KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
- Identify improvement projects, investments, and training needed to maintain and improve in these five areas.
- Ensure safety of all personnel within the facility through building a strong safety culture and modeling safety leadership behavior.
- Identify areas of improvement and lead projects that will improve production processes and drive efficiencies in line with our business strategy.
- Build a well-trained and motivated staff.
- Identify and elevate maintenance and facility issues where appropriate as needed to consistently deliver as promised to our users and customers.
- Ensure plant housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Improve our quality system through production and maintain compliance to ISO standards.
- Work closely with peers and their teams to promote and build a positive and productive work environment, teamwork, strong work relationships, trust, morale, and retention.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business administration or related field (preferred).
