Senior Construction Project Manager
We’re seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead operations on a major project in Central Washington. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to team leadership and client relations. You’ll have the opportunity to take full ownership of your projects, drive impactful results, and contribute to ambitious goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.

- Drive Project Success – Maintain and track job progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to keep projects on schedule and teams aligned
- Master Change Management – Review design drawings, estimate costs, and negotiate change orders to optimize project outcomes
- Optimize Workforce Planning – Strategically schedule and allocate personnel to ensure efficiency and smooth project execution
- Control Costs & Financials – Monitor labor and material expenses, manage job cost tracking, prepare billings, oversee financial performance, and handle contracts, purchase orders, field questions, and project documentation
- Lead & Develop Your Team – Guide, mentor, and support Project Engineers, fostering their growth and strengthening the team’s overall capabilities
What kind of person will thrive in this role?
- 6+ years of project management experience in mechanical or construction industries
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 Annually
