Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

The hourly rate for this position is between $90K - $110K. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This role is with Collabera.

• Experience in the processing of fluid milk products and butter production (strongly desired).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to achieve results through others and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving outcomes.
• Ability to monitor and inspect product and equipment effectively.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays
