• Develop, manage, and supervise production area leadership.
• Develop, measure, and improve against KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
• Identify improvement projects, investments, and training needed to maintain and improve in these five areas.
• Ensure safety of all personnel within the facility through building a strong safety culture and modeling safety leadership behavior.
• Identify areas of improvement and lead projects that will improve production processes and drive efficiencies in line with our business strategy.
• Build a well-trained and motivated staff.
• Identify and escalate maintenance and facility issues where appropriate as needed to consistently deliver as promised to our users and customers.
• Ensure plant housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Improve our quality system through production and maintain compliance to ISO standards.
• Work closely with peers and their teams to promote and build a positive and productive work environment, teamwork, strong work relationships, trust, morale, and retention.
• Serve as a member of the leadership team on the site modeling Permobil values and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business administration or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience in a lean organization (required).
• 3 years' experience working within an ISO certified QMS (preferred).
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, problem solving, organizational, and conflict management skills (required).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including weld, fabrication, powder coating and assembly and practices (required).
• Knowledge of human resource principles.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Integrity, honesty, and high ethical standards
• Other qualifications or experiences.
