Pay range: $20.00-$26.00/hr - grows with your skill level Production bonus: up to $700/month - eligible after 60 days

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Level 1 - Retread Operations
• Boise, • Mon-Fri, no weekends

FLSA Status: non-exempt

Reports to: Store Manager (or similar position)

Job Type: Full time

POSITION OVERVIEW

You'll work hands-on in our retread manufacturing operation - operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high-quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 → 2 → 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate assigned machines - buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector
Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications
Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team-first culture of continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS - preferred

Must be 18 years or older (required)
0-4 Years' experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable reading technical or operational manuals
Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn - we invest in people who show up and put in the effort
