Position: Stockroom Clerk (Swing Shift) Pasco, WA

Summary
 The Stockroom Clerk ensures the distribution of parts, equipment, uniforms and personal protective equipment to employees of a specific shift.

Key Responsibilities

 Accurately distributes items from the stock room to employees
 Receives and accounts for daily shipments
 Updates inventory count in software when each part is distributed
 Performs counts, notifies Stockroom Supervisor for reorder of items
 Maintains data in JDE for accuracy and completeness
 Inspects for damage of incoming goods, ensures item count is correct and match PO
 Assists in the returns process to vendors
 Assists in shipping process for Non Manufacturing Related Material
 Maintains stock room in an orderly manner
 Assist the Stockroom Supervisor with parts room inventory
 Performs other duties as assigned
 Typical Education

 High School Diploma or GED
 Relevant Experience

 Good knowledge of computer systems
 Organizational and communications skills
 Basic maintenance parts knowledge
 Prior experience in a processing environment
 Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
 Ability to use a 10 key calculator and telephone
 Other Information

 Able to read and comprehend Bill of Ladings, Manifests, Receiving Records and inventory records.
 Able to write required information on Purchase Order Requests, Receiving Records and Bill of Ladings.
 Able to apply basic math skills when writing and editing purchase order requests and receiving records, checking shipments against Manifests, performing inventory counts and calculating weights for materials.
 Able to use computers for data entry.
 Able to effectively communicate on the phone with and in person with customers, vendors, supervisors, employees and maintenance personnel.
 Able to lift 50 pounds.
 Ability to work with detailed information.
 Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Able to learn to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
 Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and support groups.
