Simplot - - Responsibilities:
Organizes and supervises packaging personnel and the start up and continuous operation of the packaging equipment on a shift;
Communicates with other departments to ensure a quality product is being delivered to our customer;
Plans and coordinates the packaging activities with Packaging Department Management;
Assists in setting production goals and help packaging department achieve goals;
Ensures that packaging personnel is working safely and the safe operation of packaging equipment
