Forklift/Machine Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday)

• Responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouses, manufacturing facilities.
• Organize and stack products, inspect equipment for proper functioning, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Scan and track inventory; complete basic documentation as directed.
• Responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
• Using machine equipment to complete tasks.
• Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed.

Forklift/Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Good leadership and training skills.
• Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction.
• Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues.
• Familiarity with RF scanners/WMS and basic shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have previous forklift and machine operator experience.
• Available to work 8-12hrs shifts.
