We are seeking a General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our grow team and harvest and pack area. You will be performing multiple duties and tasks related to growing our leafy greens and packing the finished product.

• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards. Measure weight of product to specifications during the packing process.
• Lift and dump raw materials, finished products and packed items.
• Build and fill boxes or other packaging properly as instructed with product.
• Sanitize, wash, and clean work areas, outside areas, equipment and production areas while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected early and notify operators of any malfunctions.

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of the English language, including being able to read, speak, and write it. This includes understanding written sentences in work related documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
