Ascend Staffing is hiring Day Shift Mill Production Workers for a fast-paced production environment in Winlock WA. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals seeking steady, full-time work with growth potential!
What We Offer- Weekly pay ($19.00/hour)

- Set up and operate production equipment
- Inspect lumber and materials for quality
- Feed and position materials into machinery
- Trim boards to required measurements
- Stack, bundle, and organize finished products
- Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards
- Monitor equipment and report any issues
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Grade and Finish
- Assist team members as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous mill, lumber, or manufacturing experience
- Experience working with hand tools or production equipment
