• Provide licensed practical nursing care for patients in private duty homecare settings.
• Work day and overnight shifts as needed, with 8, 10, or 12‑hour shift lengths.
• Handle all acuity levels, including G‑tube, trach, and ventilator support, depending on the case.

• Pay range: $33–$46/hr in Pasco, WA (based on experience); $30–$34/hr for non‑specific case rates. Rates vary by experience.
• Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time, or PRN.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component, or willingness to obtain it after hire.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
