Family Med Nurse Practitioner Pasco, WA

Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine NP to join our team. The organization's service area covers 3,687 square miles, including all of Adams County as well as the northern third of Franklin County and the southern third of Grand County. This group has established three clinics in the area to serve remote and rural patient populations.

• Busy practice with trained support staff.
• 21 to 24 patients per day on a 7 hour clinical day.
• Clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• On‑site psychiatry services.
• Provide primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of commonly occurring illnesses and medical problems.
• Must have 3 to 5 years experience in a family practice clinical setting.

• Advanced Practitioner (ARNP / PA‑C) salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 (plus RVU incentive bonus), with potential to be higher for highly experienced candidates.
