Wage Scale: $53.51–$72.23 per hour

• Administrative, clinical, and fiscal oversight of psychiatric nursing services on a 24‑hour basis.
• Develop policies, procedures, and nursing standards of care and practice consistent with current nursing research and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor Inpatient Services and Outpatient Medication Management Services including day‑to‑day operations.
• Support the Vice President of Behavioral Health services by assisting with program development and assigned projects in line with organizational goals.
• Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service with an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and utmost care for guests, patients, families, customers, and colleagues.
• Live and promote the mission and values of Lourdes Health Network.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership at the Director level.

• 3–5 years of experience in psychiatric/behavioral health nursing.
• Licensed RN in Washington.
• Experience in nursing leadership (Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Assistant DON, DON).
• Competent in behavioral health regulations including suicide prevention, restraint & seclusion, trauma‑informed care, ligature risk, and behavioral health safety standards.
• Ability to oversee nursing operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred: MSN or master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
