Registered Nurse (RN), Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) – Behavioral Health
Position Type:
Full-Time (Days) – 40 Hours per week
Wage Scale: $36.26 – $50.77 per hour
The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates, and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the PACT Unit. The RN ensures quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, consistent with departmental standards and the organization’s mission, philosophy, and goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans for adults in the PACT Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Provide clinical care and support for patients, navigating complex behavioral health conditions, including housing, finances, training, employment, addiction, and medication management.
- Act as a patient‑care innovator and continuously improve patient journeys using available technology.
- Manage 12‑hour shifts and respond to 24/7 crisis triage as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and usage of multiple clinical software systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, other RN staff, and interdisciplinary teams, treating all patients, families, and staff with respect.

- Current state RN license.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments.
- Rapid learning and navigation of multiple clinical software systems.
