Wage scale: $42.14 - $78.11 per hour

Commitment Incentive Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000

This is a Union Position.

Our Emergency Department is staffed 24/7 with emergency physicians, nurses, and staff trained in providing emergency care. We promote teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a strong focus on professional support and work‑life balance.

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Document patient care provided.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Evaluate patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts or units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS completed within 90 days of hire.
• 1 to 3 years of RN Emergency Department experience.
• Current basic life support knowledge.

• Commitment‑incentive bonus of $10,000 - $20,000 based on experience.
