About Our Team
Our Medical/Surgical Department fosters teamwork and effective communication. The 25‑bed department provides clinical care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit. The environment promotes work‑life balance, professional support, and a positive culture.

- 12‑hour shifts

You will impact patient care by implementing specialized plan‑of‑care interventions and serving as an innovator in patient‑care delivery. Your skills and our technology will directly influence patient well‑being.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age and needs of patients in the Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit.
- Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care, monitor patient conditions, and communicate with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- $10,000 – $20,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus (Pro‑rated for part‑time)
- $2.25 – $4.50 Shift differential

- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Current RN license in the state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year Acute Care RN experience.
