Shift Differential: $4.00 for Noc

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report significant changes to physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, care plans, and post‑discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
• Promote dignity, independence, and overall well‑being of residents.

• A current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• RN clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.
• Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Understanding that state and federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility.
• Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development.
• Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements, including vaccination documentation or a valid medical or religious exemption.
