Registered Nurse (RN) Surgery (Perioperative)

Job Type: Full‑time | 40 hours per week | Day Shifts

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:00‑15:30, with on‑call rotation including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, and one weekend per month required.

Work Environment: 6 Operating Rooms, 2 GI Suites, 8‑hour shifts.

• Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Perform circulating nurse duties during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor the surgical environment for safety and compliance.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support efficient case flow.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers and team members.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, safety and team performance.

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS certification required.
• At least one year of perioperative RN experience.

• Commitment‑Incentive Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000.
• Shift differential: $2.25 – $4.50 per hour.
