Location: Lourdes West Pasco Urgent Care, Pasco, WA

Job Type: Full-time | 3x12s | Day Shifts

Wage Scale: $37.92 - $70.05 per hour

Commitment‑Incentive Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000

As a Registered Nurse at Lourdes West Pasco Urgent Care, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with scope and standards of practice. You will deliver compassionate, efficient care in a supportive, team‑based environment, while maintaining a commitment to excellence and patient safety.

• 12‑hour shifts
• Minimum of 1 weekend per month

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Employ critical thinking, decisive judgement, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage patient care in a stress‑prone environment, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Plan and implement care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Assess learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

• Commitment‑Incentive Bonus (10,000 – 20,000, prorated for part‑time)

• Current state RN license and associate degree in nursing (preferred: bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Basic Life‑Support certification required.
• 1 year of clinic RN experience preferred.
• Strong communication, team‑work, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
