- 12 Hour Shifts
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for the given population based on age‑specific and cultural needs in a collaborative multidisciplinary approach.
- Assure quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; recommend adjustments; follow hospital philosophies and standards of care set by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and other governing agencies.
- Coordinate delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit, facilitate problem solving with staff members, and communicate issues to nursing administration and Program Manager.
- $10,000 - $20,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus (Pro‑Rated for Part‑Time)

- Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - Current RN license in state of practice.
- BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
- 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
