Wage scale: $42.14 – $78.11 per hour. Commitment‑Incentive Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000.

How You’ll ContributeYou’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serving as a patient‑care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Document patient care given.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a given population based on age and cultural needs.
- Ensure quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; recommend necessary adjustments; follow hospital philosophies and standards of care set by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and other governing agency regulations.
- Coordinate delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit; facilitate problem solving with staff and communicate necessary issues to nursing administration and the Program Manager.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. - Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
- 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
