Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will meet with clients—typically adults discharged from state hospitals or residing in assisted living facilities or adult family homes—who have challenging behaviors to manage. You will provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow‑up visits as needed. The position works weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends, and includes on‑call responsibility twice a year. The role is located in the Tri‑Cities area of WA, including Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco.

• $145,000‑$166,400 per year
• Approximately 40 hours per week with daytime and evening flexibility

• PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA or ability to become licensed in WA
• Active DEA
• Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
• Intermediate technology skills for at‑home tele‑health services
• Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in‑person client meetings
• Satisfactory results of state and federal background checks
• Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
