American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg rehabilitation unit requiring 1+ years of acute care nursing experience and a WA or compact RN license.

• Rehabilitation unit within a 95-licensed-bed hospital
• 10-bed unit with a 5:1 patient ratio
• Adult and geriatric patient population including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury cases
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required (weekend nights are Friday/Saturday)
• Occasional floating to other med/surg units as needed
• No call requirements
• Uses Meditech EHR and Omnicell medication dispensing system

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
• CCRN certification preferred but not required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Provide direct patient care within a rehabilitation-focused Med/Surg unit
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Scrub color is flexible
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
