Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend shifts required (Every Other Weekend).
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on rehabilitation for various conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and stroke recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care for rehabilitation patients.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as required.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- ACLS certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience is required.
- Rehabilitation experience preferred, including knowledge of GG scoring documentation.
