WA Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the Opportunity

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee and ensure compliance with product quality and food safety programs at the facilities. The role includes assisting with Quality and Food Safety training for all facility personnel, coordinating and performing internal plant audits, and preparing for outside audits.

Shift: Day

The position offers a chance to contribute to one of the world’s largest carrot and organic vegetable growers, packers, and shippers. The supervisor must deliver fresh, healthy, and safe products while supporting sustainable practices and employee welfare.

• Four‑year degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field preferred; not required if you have direct experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to read, write, update procedures, and develop new food safety manuals.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain high quality standards without supervision.
• Occasional travel to out‑of‑state facilities may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Pass pre‑placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

• Bi‑lingual:
  English/Spanish.

Salary: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour.
