Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that HUB’s broker standards, processes, and systems consistently meet the highest quality and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Audit broker performance against broker standard audits and internal metrics.
- Support operational services including Patra, i‑support, EPIC data analysis, and SharePoint management.
- Generate quality reports and provide actionable insights to directors, SVPs, and VPs.
- Manage account transition activities and licensing/surplus line compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at improving internal processes and workflow efficiencies.
- Assist Team Leaders, Directors, and other stakeholders with training needs, accountability, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on EPIC, Patra, and HUB processes.
- Document and recommend improvements to standard operating procedures and workflows.
- Work with P&C Practice Leaders and Operation teams to implement project directives.
- Degree, relevant certification, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- P&C Insurance Producer License (required).
- Strong knowledge of EPIC and Patra procedures.
- Five or more years of experience in insurance or related analysis.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem‑solving and effective stakeholder collaboration.
The role requires prolonged computer use, occasional lifting up to 10lb, and requires good near‑vision. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities.

Expected CompensationSalary range: $81,000–$85,000 (dependent on location and experience).
