Your Role in Our Mission- The Associate Quality Technician supports the Quality Assurance and Regulatory department by performing a variety of administrative tasks required to effectively maintain the Quality Management System - Specifically in areas such as document control, employee competence and training, and quality data gathering, analysis and reporting.
- Maintain controlled quality documents, records, and related logs in support of the quality management system.
- Review, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures, standard work instructions, and other controlled documents as assigned.
- Proofread quality documents for clarity, consistency, readability, and grammatical accuracy.
- Process document change requests, including review, routing, distribution, and filing of controlled documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Assign and maintain document numbers and ensure documents are updated to reflect the approved format.
- Support the migration, organization, and maintenance of quality records and legacy documentation in electronic document systems.
- Enter and maintain customer service feedback data in company systems.
- Receive, process, evaluate, and log return material authorizations (RMA) according to established procedures.
- Perform routine environmental walkthroughs in manufacturing areas and report observations as needed.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including CAPA board, management review, and KPI meetings.
- Enter and update receiving inspection information as required.
- Assist functional areas in preparing quality-related documents for review and approval.
