Barista - Pearl Coffee Shop Description Pearl  Coffee is a locally owned coffee stand dedicated to serving high-quality coffee, Red Bull drinks, and Boba with excellent customer service. We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing delicious, handcrafted beverages to our community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and specialty drinks, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing friendly service.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including
** espresso-based coffees, Red Bull infusions, and boba tea
*** Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions efficiently
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand
* Restock supplies, including coffee, syrups, boba toppings, and energy drink ingredients
* Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
* Follow all food safety and health regulations
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications
* Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required—we will train the right person!
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and people skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
