Shift Lead

Overview

We’re looking for excellent Shift Lead candidates to join our leadership team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.

This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system. Role titles include Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager.

Manage day-to-day aspects of Wingstop operations. Direct and train Team Members. Assist in achieving goals driven by the GM and AGM. Help foster leadership development and a constructive, results-oriented team environment within the Wingstop system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Food Handler Certification not required.
• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.

Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
