Ross Stores is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist for our Pasco, WA location. In this role, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and associates while mitigating theft and fraud. You will provide excellent customer service by prominently greeting customers and assisting Store Leadership with loss prevention directives.
The ideal candidate should have a high school education or equivalent, with preferences for previous retail supervisor experience and active security guard license. The pay range for this role is $17.63 - $18.13 per hour.
