Job Purpose:

Increase sales volume, market share, and profitability by ensuring effective product placement and display in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Create visually appealing and effective product displays.

Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Train retail staff on product features and benefits.

Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines.

Track and report on merchandising performance metrics.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.

Required

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

1+ years of retail merchandising experience

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Basic computer skills

Ability to read and follow planograms

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
