Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
