Customer Service​/Inside Sales

Position Overview

Full‑time customer service representative (CSR) in Pasco, WA. Provide professional and timely support to the sales team and customers. Hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Position is onsite at the service center.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting, and returns.
• Sourcing parts.
• Assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.

• 6+ months of customer service or inside sales experience. Experience in industrial distribution or a parts counter environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, bearings, or power transmission preferred.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, and a sense of humor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills including Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR).
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is performed on site.
