The Opportunity:

Build the Tri-Cities Market

We are seeking a driven professional to serve as our Outside Sales & Market Builder for the Tri-Cities. This isn’t just a sales job—it is a leadership-track position designed for someone who wants to own a territory, manage operations, and eventually grow into a Branch Manager role. Build. Lead. Own

You will be the face of our brand in the market, working with contractors, existing businesses, and homeowners to provide expert garage door solutions while ensuring every project is executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Growth:
    Call on new customers daily and proactively follow up on quotes and bids to close deals.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Partner with the production team to ensure performance standards are met and customer schedules are optimized.
  • Project Management:
    Conduct site visits, perform job checks, and ensure projects are scheduled and closed out properly.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Provide expert product knowledge and technical support, including reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
  • Reporting:
    Generate sales reports for management to help drive strategic decisions for the Tri-Cities market.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:

    2–4 years in project estimating, construction management, or relevant high-level sales.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written skills with a professional, persuasive presence.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Must be able to read a tape measure, interpret schematics, and use Google Suite.
  • Attributes:
    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as this location scales.
  • Requirements:
    High school diploma (AA preferred) and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
