• Act as the welcoming face of Tru Green, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions.
• Engage with homeowners, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
• Adapt sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs.
• Convert “just looking” prospects into signed customers using the proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using CRM to measure activity and follow-through.
• Cross-sell and upsell with precision to demonstrate lawn up‑grades.

• High school diploma or GED; a “PhD in People Skills” is highly encouraged.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; reliable and road-ready.
• Strong communication skills – from small talk to closing conversations.
• Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25lb while working outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Physically located in the United States while performing the job.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average weekly earnings $875–$1,200 (based on yearly salary plus commissions).

Pay Range: $29,053.00 – $60,138.00 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
