---We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our growing telecommunications company that is redefining the data network industry. This is a full-time exempt position that is not eligible for overtime and is paid on a bi-weekly basis. In addition this position is eligible for commission paid on a monthly basis. This Position is located in our Pasco, Washington office and covers sales territory in the Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities area.
The Commercial Account Executive builds business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients in assigned geographic territories. This is a field position; therefore, travel is required. This position will report to the Director of Sales.

* Key Responsibilities:
** Sales and Business Development
* Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, and lead generation; follow up on sales and marketing leads to close sales opportunities.
* Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification, ensuring proper identification of clients and projects.
* Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, driving production levels that meet or exceed monthly quotas.
* Implement a prospecting strategy based on individual territory dynamics on a daily and weekly basis, in collaboration with sales leadership and the program.
