Fleet Tire Sales Specialist

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers (CTSC) is looking for a Sales Specialist to sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products and services. The role involves managing current customer accounts and developing new accounts, meeting sales goals and representing the company professionally.

• Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Frequent local travel from customer sites to build relationships.
• Sell company-supported products and services.
• Meet sales goals set by management.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations using a value-selling approach.
• Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge.
• Perform manual tasks including light and heavy lifting of commercial tires and wheels.
• Create or increase truck tire sales through a program of regular solicitation.
• Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
• Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide customers with cost analysis and benefits.
• Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments and proper handling of customer casings.
• Deliver tires to customers as needed.

• 2+ years of successful Sales and/or Business-to-Business experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree in a related field.
• Previous business-to-business sales experience.

• Strong oral and written communication ability.
• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work safely.
• Ability to work results‑oriented, fast‑paced environment as part of a team.
• Self‑starter; willing to take initiative, work without direct supervision, and attend training sessions.
