- Design and implement advanced HVAC, refrigeration, air compressors, boilers, and pumps systems and controls for new and existing facilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across all locations
- Lead complex troubleshooting and repair of sophisticated systems equipment and building automation systems
- Conduct energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements for HVAC systems
- Manage large-scale projects on the different systems, including system upgrades and replacements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Collaborate with engineering and facilities management teams on building design and renovations
- Analyze systems performance data to optimize operations and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems and procedures
- Specialty Electrician with 6+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC, refrigeration, air compressors, boilers, and pumps systems
- Extensive knowledge of building automation systems and energy management
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of ASHRAE standards and local building codes
